With over two decades of experience in health and well-being, my work is grounded in both science and the subtle intelligence of the body. I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, a Professional Breathwork Practitioner, and hold qualifications in Exercise Rehabilitation and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. But more than anything, I’m someone who deeply believes in the body’s innate capacity to heal, and in our human potential to live with greater ease, joy, and authenticity.

My practice weaves together Breathwork, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Dry Needling to support people in reconnecting with themselves—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
